AS OF MARCH 18, 2020
As the impact of societal action unfolds in response to the outbreak of COVID-19, we would like to share our current thoughts regarding your services from our company:
Where much of our work is office-based, our projects are largely centered in and around the outdoor living environment. This means that we must travel to locations as a component of our services.
Our priority is focused on the health and safety of our employees, client and the community. Our intent is to approach this unprecedented event in a calm, measured and deliberate fashion.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We are monitoring several sources of information including the Centers for Disease Control, (CDC), US EPA, Departments of Health and Natural Resources, state Governor’s offices, the White House and more. Accordingly, we have implemented new hygiene and safety procedures including “social distancing”.
We intend to be proactive with or employees and clients as we adjust our routines to adhere to changing circumstances.
DELIVERING SERVICE
Much of our work enables our employees to conduct work from virtually anywhere. We are taking steps to reinforce the ability to work out of the office.
We are reviewing and adapting our business practices to accommodate new procedures and we plan to adjust as necessary.
We will continue to monitor and act for the well-being of our employees, clients and our community.
Please let us know of ways we may support you during this challenging period.
Thanks to our employees, clients and suppliers for your patience and partnership. We live in a tremendously resilient community and we know that we will persevere together.
